At Ganesh Sky Balloon Delhi, We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 14 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

Please return the unused item with tags within 24 hours of receipt. You can initiate the returns by contacting us. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. 2. We will refund the money. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days from the date we receive your return parcel, for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). 3. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
